While it has been three weeks since the end of the Open Education Global 2022 in Person conference in Nantes (including the online AND Conference) the glow, discussion, and sharing from this event continues on.
We saw the conference in photos and a large number of sessions were live streamed/archived . There is much to be said (or heard) for getting a sense of a conference atmosphere in the sounds and voices of participants, especially recorded in the informal spaces between the formal program.
In this episode, we bring you the sounds of this conference, the first OEGlobal in person one since 2019. This includes:
- The Coffee Break Hallway Conversations (May 23 and May 25) held in Twitter Spaces featuring conference attendees and online listeners, ranging from opening keynote speaker Dr Sian Proctor to student volunteers and anyone else who wandered by or who were roped in by our on-site representatives including Lori-Beth Larsen and Gino Fransman.
- What OEGlobal22 Was Like testimonial videos of in-person conference attendees
- Audio Testimonials from online participants
- Ambient background audio of the lobby / break area recorded by Isla Haddow-Flood
